i feel like i'm such a faker.. as a nurse that is.

i do good on the book tests, but in "real life" aka clinical i feel like i'm soo clueless and i just pretend to know what i'm doing. but i pass my competencies, so.. maybe i do know? but i really don't! i'm fooling the whole world, haha. =\
